- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato, 1.5 tbsp chopped zucchini, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, cooked dalia, 1/8 tsp salt for taste
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 4 Mix everything well and set aside
- Step 5 Take 2 bread slices and spread 1 tsp butter evenly
- Step 6 Add the dalia mixture on one bread and cove with another bread.
- Step 7 Heat a grill pan, add 1 tsp butter on grill and place the sandwich
- Step 8 Roast on both sides until crisp and golden brown
- Step 9 Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
