Zucchini Daliya Sandwich Recipe

Delightful and an exotic fusion of zucchini and broken wheat flavored with mint and garlic. A very yummylicious mid-snack and can also be packed in tiffin box.

  • Prepreparation

    Boil 1 tbsp dalia and keep aside.

  • For Stuffing

    In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, add 1 tbsp chopped zucchini, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th tsp black pepper, 1 tsp lemon juice, cooked dalia, 1/8th tsp salt, mix it well.

  • Now apply 1 tsp butter on breads, then add stuffing on bread, close with another bread.

  • For Grilling

    Apply 1 tsp butter on grill, put the sandwich on it.

  • Toast it for 2 minutes.

  • Serve hot with chutney and sauce.
