Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 2 tbsp grated green zucchini, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp mixed herb, melted butter, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well.
- Step 2
Grease muffin mould with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Pour muffin batter into the mould and, bake it for 20 mins at 180 degree.
