- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 4 tbsp oil, and whisk well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp vanilla essence,1/2 cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp chopped walnuts, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1 cup chopped banana ,1/8 cup grated green zucchini and 1 tbsp chocolate chips and mix well.
- Step 4
Add 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, mix & fold the batter.
- Step 5
Preheat oven at 180degree celsius for 10 mins.
- Step 6
Pour the batter into the mould.
- Step 7
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 15 mins.
