- Step 1 Soak 1/8 cup bajra overnight and pressure cook.
- Step 2 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
- Step 3 Add 2 tbsp of chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 4 Then, add 1 tbsp of chopped tomato, 1 tbsp green peas and 1/4 cup chopped green zucchini and mix well.
- Step 5 Add 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp each of haldi and salt and saute.
- Step 6 Next, add cooked bajra and 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves on top and mix well.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 8 Cover the vessel and allow to cook.
- Step 9 Serve hot with your choice of accompaniments.
