- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 chopped tsp garlic, 1/4 cup chopped green zucchini and cook until soft
- Step 2 Turn off the flame and let it cool
- Step 3 In a blender add sauteed zucchini, 1/4 cup chopped avocado and blend until smooth
- Step 4 Heat a pan add zucchini avocado mixture, add 1 tbsp chopped basil leaves and season with salt for taste
- Step 5 Simmer over low flame until all flavors combine well
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 7 Serve warm
