- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 1/4 tsp dhania seeds and saute for 2 minutes
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 cup chopped zucchini, 1/4 cup paneer cubes and mix well.
- Step 4 Cook until everything combines well
- Step 5 Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 7 Serve hot with any bread of your choice
