Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Wash and cook rice and keep aside.
- Step 2
Soak few strands of kesar in 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and keep aside.
- Step 3
In a pan, heat 2 tsp ghee.
- Step 4
To that add 1 bay leaf, 1 green elaichi, 5 raisins, 2 tsp chopped almond, 1 tsp chopped cashew and stir.
- Step 5
Then add 1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, kesar Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tbsp sugar and allow it to simmer.
- Step 6
When it starts to simmer, add 1.5 cup cooked rice and mix well.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
