1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic Paste
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Cup(36.0 ml) Coconut Milk
1 Number(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
1 Slice(6.0 gm) Ginger
1 Number(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/4 Diced Cup(31.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/2 Diced Cup(36.0 gm) Broccoli
1/2 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Jeera
1/2 Tbsp(5.0 gm) Coconut Oil
  • For Tofu

    In a mixing bowl add 1/2 tsp oil,1/4th tsp turmeric powder,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp garlic paste,1/8th tsp salt,1/4th cup diced tofu and mix it well.

  • Heat a pan add into the marinated tofu and roast it well.

  • For Yellow Gravy

    In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp, coconut oil add into the 1/4th tbsp cumin seed,1/2 cup diced broccoli, and saute it well.

  • Add into the 1/4th tsp turmeric powder,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp coriander powder, prepared onion paste,1/4th cup coconut milk , water as required, mix and cook it well.

  • Add into the roasted marinated tofu and mix well.

  • Serve hot.
