For Tofu
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup diced tofu, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add the marinated tofu and roast it well.

For Yellow Gravy
- Step 1 Grind 1/4 cup diced onion,1 garlic pod, 1 ginger slice, 1 green chili and grind into a smooth paste.
- Step 2 Mix 1 tbsp Nestle maggi coconut milk powder with water as required to make coconut milk and keep aside.
- Step 3 In a pan, heat 1 tsp coconut oil, add 1/4 tbsp jeera, 1/2 cup diced broccoli, and saute.
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, prepared onion paste, coconut milk, mix and cook until the broccoli is done.
- Step 5 Add roasted marinated tofu, mix and simmer it for a few minutes.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
