- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup wheat flour,1/8 cup maize flour,1/3 tsp salt and combine all together.
- Step 2 Add the yeast sugar mixture, water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tbsp oil and knead again.
- Step 4 Cover dough and rest it till it doubles in size for 30 minutes. Knead again it and roll out with a rolling pin.
- Step 5 Place the dough in a greased baking mold and trim the excess sides.
- Step 6 Spread 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce,1/8 cup diced green capsicum,1/8 cup diced yellow capsicum,1/8 cup diced onion,4 cauliflower florets.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 8 Sprinkle 1/4 tsp oregano,1/8 tsp red chilli flakes,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt on top.
- Step 9 Spread 2 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese.
- Step 10 Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes ,cut and serve.
