Egg Yolk Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan on medium heat add 1/2 tbsp butter, melt then add 1/2 tbsp whole wheat flour and stir them.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 cup hot Nestlé A+ Milk and stir it well until it comes to a boil. Remove from the heat.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract,1 egg yolk and mix well, set aside.

Egg White Mixture
- Step 1 In a bowl whisk 1 egg white until firm peaks form.
- Step 2 Gradually add 1 tbsp sugar and whisk until soft peaks form.
- Step 3 Combine the egg white and egg yolk mixture.
- Step 4 Pour batter in a greased tin or cup.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds
- Step 6 Bake at 200 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or microwave for 1012 minutes.
