1/2 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/4 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Butter
  • Egg Yolk Mixture

    In a pan on medium heat add 1/2 tbsp butter melt then add 1/2 tbsp whole wheat flour and stir them.

  • Add 1/2 cup hot Nestlé A+ Milk and stir it well until it comes to a boil.Remove from the heat.

  • add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract,1 egg yolk and mix well, set aside.

  • Egg White Mixture

    In a bowl whisk 1 egg white until firm peaks form.

  • add gradually 1 tbsp sugar and whisk until soft peaks form.

  • add egg white mixture in yolk mixture and combine.

  • Pour batter in a greased mold.

  • Bake at 200 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
