- Step 1
Egg Yolk Mixture
In a pan on medium heat add 1/2 tbsp butter melt then add 1/2 tbsp whole wheat flour and stir them.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup hot Nestlé A+ Milk and stir it well until it comes to a boil.Remove from the heat.
- Step 3
add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract,1 egg yolk and mix well, set aside.
- Step 4
Egg White Mixture
In a bowl whisk 1 egg white until firm peaks form.
- Step 5
add gradually 1 tbsp sugar and whisk until soft peaks form.
- Step 6
add egg white mixture in yolk mixture and combine.
- Step 7
Pour batter in a greased mold.
- Step 8
Bake at 200 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
