Steps
- Step 1 Combine water,1/2 tbsp sugar,1/2 tbsp butter in a saucepan over medium heat
- Step 2 When it starts bubbling, turn off the heat and stir in the 1/4th cup whole wheat flour
- Step 3 Remove the dough from heat add into the beaten 1 egg, thoroughly beat the eggs to incorporate it into the dough
- Step 4 Heat oil in a kadhai and drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil
- Step 5 Fry until cooked through, golden brown and crispy
- Step 6 When they are cool,Coat these puffs in 1/8th cup powder sugar
- Step 7 Serve warm
