1/8 Powder Cup(17.0 gm) Sugar
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Butter
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • Combine water,1/2 tbsp sugar,1/2 tbsp butter in a saucepan over medium heat. When it starts bubbling, turn off the heat and stir in the 1/4th cup whole wheat flour.

  • Remove the dough from heat add into the beaten 1 egg, thoroughly beat the eggs to incorporate it into the dough.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil.Fry until cooked through, golden brown and crispy.

  • When they are cool,Coat these puffs in 1/8th cup powder sugar.

  • Serve warm.
