2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Sunflower Seeds
1.5 Powder Tbsp(17.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Cup(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
0.1 Tsp(0.45 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.64 gm) Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp(0.89 gm) Baking Powder
1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • In a mixing bowl add 1/4th cup whole wheat flour,1.5 tbsp sugar powder, 1/4th tsp baking powder,1/8th tsp baking soda,1/10th tsp salt and combine all ingredient.

  • Add into the 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, melted butter,1/4th tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp sunflower seeds, 1 tsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp watermelon seeds and whisk it well.

  • Pour batter in a greased mould and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.

  • Serve hot.
