  • For Roti

    In a bowl, add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/8th tsp salt, water and knead a dough.

  • Roll into roti and roast with 2 tsp ghee from both sides.

  • Cut roti into pieces.

  • For Malida

    In a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tbsp raisins and saute well.

  • Add 3 tbsp sugar, roti pieces and mix well.

  • Add 1 no. black cardamom and cover and cook.

  • Serve hot.
