0.53 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
0.18 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
2.12 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
35.3 Ml(35.0 ml) Water
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Black Elaichi
3 Tbsp(39.0 gm) Sugar
1 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Raisin
For Roti
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/8th tsp salt, water and knead a dough.
Roll into roti and roast with 2 tsp ghee from both sides.
Cut roti into pieces.
For Malida
In a pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nut, 1 tbsp raisins and saute well.
Add 3 tbsp sugar, roti pieces and mix well.
Add 1 no. black cardamom and cover and cook.
Serve hot.
