For Pasty Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/3 cup whole wheat flour,15g vegetable shortening, 3/4 tsp butter, water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 2 Cover and place in a fridge.

For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/8 cup prawns ,1.25 tbsp chopped onion and saute it.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 cup chopped potato,1 tbsp chopped turnip,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt, mix and cook it. Mash it lightly.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding ginger.
- Step 4 Take a pasty dough and divide it into equal portions.
- Step 5 Roll out each portion and fill the stuffing in half of each sheet.
- Step 6 fold and seal each pasty with fork and fork it on top of the pasty.
- Step 7 Brush 1/8 beaten egg on top of the pasty and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes.
- Step 8 Serve warm.
