2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Rice Flour
2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Suji
1.5 Tsp(7.0 gm) Sugar
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ghee
1/3 Cup(70.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1.5 Tsp(7.0 gm) Sugar
  • For Patishapta Batter

    In a bowl add 1/2 tsp rice flour,2 tsp suji,2 tbsp whole wheat flour,1.5 tbsp sugar,1/8th tsp salt,1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well. Keep aside.

  • For Malai Filling

    In a Kadai add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1 tsp sugar, and bring to a boil and cook it till thick in consistency.

  • Take a small portion of the kheer and give a cylindrical shape.

  • Take a patishapta batter and heat pan then greased with 1/4th tsp ghee.

  • Pour patishapta batter and swirl to form patishapta. Place the cylindrical shape of kheer at one end of patishapta and roll it nicely.

  • Serve fresh.
