Whole Wheat Patishapta with Malai Filling is a delicious recipe famous in Bengal, especially during festivals. The patishapta or crepe is filled with creamy Malai and packed with Fiber and Proteins.

For Patishapta Batter
In a bowl add 1.5 tsp rice flour,,3 tsp whole wheat flour,1.5 tsp jaggery powder,1/8th tsp salt,1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, and mix well. Keep aside.
For Malai Filling
In a Kadai add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1.5 tsp jaggery powder, and bring to a boil and cook it till thick in consistency.
Take a small portion of the kheer and give it a cylindrical shape.
Take a patishapta batter and heat pan then grease with 1 tsp ghee for each.
Pour patishapta batter and swirl to form patishapta. Place the cylindrical shape of kheer at one end of patishapta and roll it nicely.
