Steps
- Step 1
For Batter
In a blender, add 1 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tsp suji, 1 tsp rice flour, 2 tbsp chopped dates, 50 ml skimmed milk, salt as per taste, and blend into a smooth batter.
- Step 2
Transfer it to a bowl and keep aside.
- Step 3
For Patishapta
In a pan, add 100 ml skimmed milk and simmer until it thickens to a khoya consistency.
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp chopped dates, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, 1 tbsp chopped pista and mix well.
- Step 5
Take a small portion of the filling and give a cylindrical shape.
- Step 6
Heat a pan, brush it with little ghee and pour a spoonful of batter.
- Step 7
Swirl to form patishapta and place the cylindrical shape of filling at one end of patishapta.
- Step 8
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 9
Roll it gently and serve fresh.
