Whole Wheat Pasta Recipe

This recipe is an Indian variation of an Italian Cuisine. It is an easy and quick recipe made with colorful veggies and whole wheat pasta. An energy dense recipe with calcium is a great option for packed lunch for your kid.

1 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)

1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper(Powder)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(5.0 ml) Olive Oil

As Required(217.0 ml) Water
  • Boil 1/2 cup pasta and keep aside.

  • Take a pan and add 2 tsp olive oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped zucchini and saute well.

  • Once mixed, add pasta, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and mix well.

  • Add 1 tbsp grated cheese and mix again.

  • Serve hot.
