Whole wheat paneer momos are light and the most delicious snack ever. These whole wheat paneer momos are high in protein, fiber and nutrition. It's a perfect snack for any age group. Serve it hot and enjoy it with your loved ones.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, water, 1 tsp chopped spring onion, 1/4 cup paneer cubes and 1 tsp chopped coriander. Saute well.
Cover & cook
In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp oil and mix.
Add water as required and knead into dough.
Roll out on a rolling pin, add the mixture & seal.
Heat the oil for frying and deep fry momos till golden brown and well cooked.
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
