Whole Wheat Paneer Momos Recipe

Whole wheat paneer momos are one of the best snacks ever. They are so light, fresh and tasty. You can keep munching on them and not get bored of them. These whole wheat paneer momos are full of Proteins,fiber and nutrition. They have very less oil added to them thats make it more healthier....its a perfect snack for any age group.......serve hot and enjoy with your loved ones....!!

1/4 Cup(43.0 gm) Paneer (Cube)
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Spring Onion (Chopped)
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
1 Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
For Frying(12.0 ml) Oil
As Required(15.0 ml) Water
2 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
As Required(10.0 ml) Water
  • For mixture

    In a pan, heat 1/4th tsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, water, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/4th cup paneer cubes and 1 tsp chopped coriander. Saute well.

  • Cover & cook

  • For wrap

    In a bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp oil and mix.

  • Add water as required and knead into dough.

  • Roll out on a rolling pin, add the mixture & seal.

  • Heat the oil for frying and deep fry momos till golden brown and well cooked.

  • Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
