1/4 Cube Cup(43.0 gm) Paneer
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Spring Onion
1.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1.0 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
2.0 Tbsp(12.0 ml) Oil
15.0 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
2.0 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1.0 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • For mixture

    In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, water, 1 tsp chopped spring onion, 1/4 cup paneer cubes and 1 tsp chopped coriander. Saute well.

  • Cover & cook

  • For wrap

    In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp oil and mix.

  • Add water as required and knead into dough.

  • Roll out on a rolling pin, add the mixture & seal.

  • Heat the oil for frying and deep fry momos till golden brown and well cooked.

  • Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
