- Step 1
In a heated pan, add 1/4 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi and pour in little water
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp chopped spring onion, 1/4 cup paneer cubes and 1 tsp chopped coriander.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 4
Cover the pan and cook until all flavors combine well
- Step 5
Turn off the heat and set aside
- Step 6
In a bowl add 1.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp oil and mix.

Add water as required and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 8
Roll out each dough ball to a round shape, add the paneer filling, gather and seal the edges
- Step 9
Heat a pan with oil for frying and deep fry momos till golden brown and crispy
- Step 10
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
