  • For Palak Tortilla

    In a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8th tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp butter, and prepared palak puree and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides.

  • For Noodles

    In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, and 1/8th tsp grated ginger and saute it well.Then add into the 1/8th cup julienne onion,1/8th cup julienne carrot,1/8th cup julienne capsicum,1/8th cup julienne cabbage,1/4th tsp soya sauce, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp salt and saute it well.

  • Add into the boiled whole wheat noodles, mix well and add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix it well.

  • Place palak tortilla and spread prepared Nestlé A+ Curd mixture and sauteed noodles.

  • Roll it with a hand and serve.
