1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Soya Sauce
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.22 gm) Ginger
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
20 Gram(20.0 gm) Whole Wheat Noodles
  • For Palak Tortilla

    In a bowl add 2 tbsp maida,1 tbsp whole wheat flour1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp butter,prepared palak puree and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides.

  • For Noodles

    In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger and saute it well.Then add into the 1/8th cup julienne onion,1/8th cup julienne carrot,1/8th cup julienne capsicum,1/8th cup julienne cabbage,1/4th tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp black pepper powder 1/8th tsp salt and saute it well.

  • Add into the boiled whole wheat noodles , mix well and add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion , mix it well.

  • Place palak tortilla and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and sauted noodle.

  • Roll it with a hand and serve
