For Mutton Mixture
- Step 1 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp jeera, and 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it till golden brown in colour.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 cup minced mutton,1/8 cup chopped green capsicum,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/8 tsp haldi,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 3 Add water as required, cover and cook it well.
- Step 4 Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.

For Momo
- Step 1 In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp oil and mix.
- Step 2 Add water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 3 Roll out in a round shape, add the mutton mixture & seal.
- Step 4 Cover & steam the momos until well cooked.
- Step 5 Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
