Whole wheat mushroom momos are one of the best snacks ever. They are so light, fresh and tasty. You can keep munching on them and not get bored of them. 1/8 Chopped Cup(11.0 gm) Mushroom
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Chopped Cup(17.0 gm) Capsicum
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.38 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • For Mushroom Mixture

    Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan,add 1/4 tsp jeera,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it till golden brown in color.

  • Add 1/8 cup Chopped mushroom,1/8 cup chopped capsicum,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/4 tsp red chilly powder,1/8 tsp haldi,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.

  • Add into the water as required ,cover and cook it well.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.

  • For wrap

    In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp oil and mix.

  • Add water as required and knead into dough.

  • Roll out on a rolling pin, add the mushroom mixture & seal.

  • Heat the oil for frying and deep fry momos till golden brown and well cooked.

  • Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
