- Step 1 In a bowl add 3/4 cup wheat flour,1/8 cup maize flour,1/4 tsp salt, and combine all together.
- Step 2 Add the activated yeast sugar mixture, water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tbsp oil and knead again.
- Step 4 Cover dough and rest it till it doubles in size for 30 minutes. Knead again and roll out the dough into a pizza base.
- Step 5 Place rolled out dough in a greased baking mold and trim the excess sides.
- Step 6 Spread 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce over the dough, add 1/8 cup diced onion,1/3 cup diced mushroom.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 8 Sprinkle 1/4 tsp oregano,1/8 tsp red chilli flakes,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 9 Spread 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese on the top.
- Step 10 Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, cut and serve.
