For Filling
- Step 1 In a pan, add 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut, 1/4 cup jaggery powder, 1 tsp raisins and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 2 Mix all ingredients well till jaggery melts.

For Dough
- Step 1 Add water and 1/8 tsp salt in 1/4 cup wheat flour and knead a soft dough.
- Step 2 Take a small portion, make round shapes, add filling and seals the sides.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black raisins.
- Step 4 Prepare the rest, transfer the modak to the steamer.
- Step 5 Allow it to steam for 15 min.
- Step 6 Delicious modak is ready to serve.
