- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1 ½ tsp butter, salt as per taste, and rub till crumbly texture forms.
- Step 2 Knead into a soft dough using water as required.
- Step 3 Rollout the dough into a thick round circle and place in a greased pie mould, trim the excess sides of dough. Prick the dough sheet evenly.
- Step 4 Bake tart in a preheated oven for 20 minutes, cool and keep aside.
- Step 5 In a pan, add 30 ml skimmed milk, 2 tbsp chopped dates, 1 tbsp cocoa powder,1/4 tsp vanilla extract, mix and cook until dates are softened
- Step 6 Switch off the flame and add 1 tbsp chocolate chips, mix till it melts.
- Step 7 Pour the chocolate mixture into the pie.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts.
- Step 9 Refrigerate it for 23 hours. Cut into slices.
- Step 10 Serve.
