Whole Wheat Mini Chocolate Pie is a tasty, chocolaty pie. This taste is so moist and so fudgy it makes you crave more.
For Short Crust Pastry
In a bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp butter, and rub till crumbly texture forms.
Add 2 tbsp powder sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required and knead into a dough.
Roll out dough in round shape then place in the mold and trim sides of dough.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
For Chocolate Mixture
In a pan add 1/4 cup fresh cream, 2 tbsp sugar powder, 1 tbsp cocoa powder,1/4 tsp vanilla extract , mix and cook well.
Switch off the flame and add 1/8 cup chocolate chips.Then mix till melt.
Pour the chocolate mixture in a baked pastry and refrigerate it.
