3 Tbsp(34.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/3 Powder Tsp(22.0 gm) Sugar
1/8 Cup(23.0 gm) Chocolate Chips
0.1 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
1.5 Powder Tbsp(17.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Cup(64.0 gm) Cream
1/8 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
2 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
  • For Short Crust Pastry

    In a bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp butter, and rub till crumbly texture forms.

  • Add 2 tbsp powder sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required and knead into a dough.

  • Roll out dough in round shape then place in the mold and trim sides of dough.

  • Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.

  • For Chocolate Mixture

    In a pan add 1/4 cup fresh cream, 2 tbsp sugar powder, 1 tbsp cocoa powder,1/4 tsp vanilla extract , mix and cook well.

  • Switch off the flame and add 1/8 cup chocolate chips.Then mix till melt.

  • Pour the chocolate mixture in a baked pastry and refrigerate it.

  • Serve.
