Whole Wheat Mawa Gujiya Tart is nothing but pockets of pastry crust, filled with mawa, dry fruits and deep fried to a crispy golden. It is loaded with Fiber, Protein, and Vitamins.

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
1 Number(8.0 gm) Fig
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Walnut
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Cashewnut
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Pista
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Almond
1/2 Cup(41.0 gm) Khoa
1/2 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • For Tart

    In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 3.25 tsp powder sugar, 2.5 tsp ghee and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and make a hard dough.Then roll out dough and place it in tart mold.

  • Trim the sides of the dough and for it all sides.Then place the load in the tart mold and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 2025 minutes. Demould it.

  • For Stuffing

    In a mixing bowl add raosted mix nuts,1/8 cup chopped dates,1 chopped fig,roasted khoa, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, and combine all together.

  • Take a tart shell and fill the stuffing mixture. Again bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.

  • Serve warm.
