For Tart
In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 3.25 tsp powder sugar, 2.5 tsp ghee and mix it well.
Add water as required and make a hard dough.Then roll out dough and place it in tart mold.
Trim the sides of the dough and for it all sides.Then place the load in the tart mold and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 2025 minutes. Demould it.
For Stuffing
In a mixing bowl add raosted mix nuts,1/8 cup chopped dates,1 chopped fig,roasted khoa, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, and combine all together.
Take a tart shell and fill the stuffing mixture. Again bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
