In a mixing bowl add 3.5 tbsp whole wheat flour,2 tbsp besan,1/8th tsp ajwain,1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste,1/8th tsp turmeric powder,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp salt , water as required , mix and knead into the semisoft dough.
Divide the dough in a small portion and roll out each portion using rolling pin in a papad.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry rolled out papad.
