This instant whole wheat flour version of papad is easy to make and can be made quickly by anybody. With a dash of spices, it has a nice masaledar taste.

50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/8 Tsp(0.28 gm) Ajwain
1/2 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Besan
1/8 Cup(30.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
In a mixing bowl add 3.5 tbsp whole wheat flour,2 tbsp besan,1/8th tsp ajwain,1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste,1/8th tsp turmeric powder,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/4th tsp salt , water as required , mix and knead into the semisoft dough.
Divide the dough in a small portion and roll out each portion using rolling pin in a papad.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry rolled out papad.
Serve hot.
