1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Butter
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Grated Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Green Chilli Paste
  • For Whole Wheat Roti

    In a bowl 3 tbsp whole wheat flour,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides with 1/2 tsp butter.

  • For Rajma Mixture

    In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/8 tsp jeera,1/4 tsp grated garlic,1/4 tsp grated ginger,1/8 tsp green chilli paste,1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute it well.

  • Add into the mashed rajma,1/2 tsp red chilly powder,1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/4 tsp dhania powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp Salt and mix well.

  • Place whole wheat Roti and spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and rajma mixture. Add 1 tbsp julienne cabbage.1 tbsp julienne onion on top of the rajma mixture.

  • Roll it with a hand and serve.
