In a mixing bowl, take 1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 tbsp sugar powder, and mix well.
In the same bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour,1/2 tbsp crushed saunf,1/4th tsp salt, activated yeast,1 tsp ghee and mix well
Pouring in a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
Cover the dough and put aside for 15 min.
Rolling it into a ball form, coat it very lightly with whole wheat flour. Flatten and make it in a circular roti shape using a rolling pin.
Heat a nonstick tawa on a low flame and roast the roti on it.
Serve hot.
