Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, take 1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 tbsp sugar powder, and mix well
- Step 2 In the same bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour,1/2 tbsp crushed saunf,1/4th tsp salt, activated yeast,1 tsp ghee and mix wellPouring in a little water, knead it into a soft dough
- Step 3 Cover the dough and put aside for 15 min
- Step 4 Rolling it into a ball form, coat it very lightly with whole wheat flour
- Step 5 Flatten and make it in a circular roti shape using a rolling pin
- Step 6 Heat a nonstick tawa on a low flame and roast the roti on it
- Step 7 Serve hot
