2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil

1/4 Cup(30.0 ml) Water

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ghee

1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Sugar

1/3 Cup(49.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
In a kadai add 1/8 cup water,1 tsp sugar,1/4th tsp green elaichi powder, mix and cook it for until sugar melt.
Add 1/3rd cup whole wheat flour,1/2 tsp ghee and combine all together.Then remove batter and knead into the dough.
Roll the dough using a rolling pin and Roundcut from the rolled dough using a cutter.
Heat oil in a Kadai and deep fry cutter round shape pitha.
Serve hot.
