- Step 1 Boil water with 1 tbsp oil,1.5 tbsp chopped jaggery and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and whisk well.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle twist by adding chia seeds
- Step 4 Cook until the mixture is smooth and leaves sides of the pan.
- Step 5 Cool the mixture and add 1/3 number whole egg,1/2 number egg yolk, and whisk until smooth.
- Step 6 Fill the mixture in a piping bag with a star nozzle.
- Step 7 Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
- Step 8 Pipe mixture about 2 inches long and cut with scissor and fry until crisp.
- Step 9 Serve with Chocolate sauce
