For Wet Ingredient
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 100 ml unsalted buttermilk, 2 tbsp powdered sugar and 1/8
- Step 2 tsp baking soda and mix well.

For Dry Ingredient
- Step 1 In another mixing bowl, add 3/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and mix well.
- Step 2 Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and add 1.5 tbsp gulkand, mixing everything together.
- Step 3 Pour the batter into the greased mold and tap the mold gently.
- Step 4 Sprinkle 1 tsp chopped almonds and 1 tsp chopped pistachios on top of the cake batter.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding blue berries.
- Step 6 Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Step 7 Cut into pieces and serve.
