1/3 Small Glass(100.0 ml) Unsalted Buttermilk
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Butter
3 Powder Tbsp(22.0 gm) Sugar
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
1/8 Tsp(0.64 gm) Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp(2.0 gm) Baking Powder
3/4 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Gulkand
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
1/4 Cup(109.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • For Wet Ingredient

    In a mixing bowl add 100 ml buttermilk, 2 tbsp powder sugar,1/8 tsp baking soda and mix it well.

  • For Dry Ingredient

    In a mixing bowl add 3/4 cup whole wheat flour,1/2 tsp baking powder,1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and mix it well.

  • Add dry ingredient to the wet ingredient and add 1.5 tbsp gulkand and mix all together.

  • Pour batter in the greased mold and tap the mold.

  • Sprinkle on top of the cake batter 1 tsp chopped almond and 1 tsp chopped pista.

  • Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30 to 35 minutes.

  • Cut into the pieces and serve.
