Whole Wheat Gulab Jamun is a traditional dessert made from mawa ,with healthy twist of whole wheat flour. This gulab jamun is delicious and is loaded with Fiber.
For Sugar Syrup
In a pan add 4 tbsp sugar, water as required,1/4th tsp green elaichi powder, mix and cook till lightly thicken in consistency.
For Gulab Jamun
In a mixing bowl add roasted whole wheat flour,1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1/8th tsp baking soda,1.5 tsp ghee, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk , and knead into a soft dough.
Take a small portion and make a clean round shape balls.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry balls till brown in color.
Add Fried balls in sugar syrup and soak till syrup absorbed by balls.
