50 Ml(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1.5 Tsp(6.0 gm) Ghee
1/8 Tsp(0.64 gm) Baking Soda
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Milk Powder
1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
65 Ml(65.0 ml) Water
4 Tbsp(52.0 gm) Sugar
  • For Sugar Syrup

    In a pan add 4 tbsp sugar, water as required,1/4th tsp green elaichi powder, mix and cook till lightly thicken in consistency.

  • For Gulab Jamun

    In a mixing bowl add roasted whole wheat flour,1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk powder,1/8th tsp baking soda,1.5 tsp ghee, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk , and knead into a soft dough.

  • Take a small portion and make a clean round shape balls.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry balls till brown in color.

  • Add Fried balls in sugar syrup and soak till syrup absorbed by balls.

  • Serve
