For Filling
- Step 1 In a pan, add 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut, 1/4 cup jaggery powder, and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding pista.
- Step 3 Mix all ingredients well till jaggery melts.

- Step 1 Add water and 1/8 tsp salt in 1/4 cup wheat flour and knead a soft dough.
- Step 2 Take a small portion, make round shapes, add filling and seals the sides.
- Step 3 Prepare the rest.
- Step 4 Heat oil for deep frying and transfer the modak to the hot oil.
- Step 5 Fry modak till crisps.
- Step 6 Delicious modak is ready to serve.
