1/4 Powder Cup(26.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
3/4 Cup(49.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1 Egg Whole(23.0 gm) Egg
1/4 Cup(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Tsp(0.43 gm) Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Cup(22.0 gm) Suji
  • In a bowl add 1/3rd cup whole wheat flour,1/8th cup suji,1/8th tsp salt,1/8th tsp baking powder,1/8th tsp elaichi powder, 2 tbsp sugar and mix well.

  • Add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk as required and add 1/2 number beaten egg and whisk well.

  • Heat oil in a kadhai and pour malpua batter and deep fry till golden in color.

  • Serve
