For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/3 cup whole wheat flour,15g vegetable shortening,3/4 tsp butter, water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 2 Cover and rest in a fridge for 30 minutes.

For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp corn,1.25 tbsp chopped onion,1/8 cup chopped potato,1 tbsp chopped turnip,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 3 Take the dough and divide it into equal portions.
- Step 4 Roll out each portion into a round shape and fill the stuffing in the center.
- Step 5 Seal each pasty with a fork.
- Step 6 Brush 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk on top of the pasty and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 45 minutes.
- Step 7 Serve warm.
