Whole Wheat Churros is tasty , delicious made with whole wheat flour, Egg and Sugar. This is a gluten-free recipe and rich in protein.

Boil water add 1.5 tbsp oil,1.5 tbsp sugar, 1/8th tsp salt, and boil it together.
Add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and whisk well.
If the mixture comes out clean from the wall of the pan, that means it is cooked properly.
Cool the mixture and add 1/3rd no whole egg,1/2 no egg yolk, and whisk again.
Fill the mixture in a piping bag with a star nozzle.
Heat oil and on a medium flame pipe mixture about 2 inches long and cut with scissor, fry it for till golden in color.
Serve with Chocolate sauce
