1/3 Egg Whole(15.0 gm) Egg
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • Boil water add 1.5 tbsp oil,1.5 tbsp sugar, 1/8th tsp salt, and boil it together.

  • Add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and whisk well.

  • If the mixture comes out clean from the wall of the pan, that means it is cooked properly.

  • Cool the mixture and add 1/3rd no whole egg,1/2 no egg yolk, and whisk again.

  • Fill the mixture in a piping bag with a star nozzle.

  • Heat oil and on a medium flame pipe mixture about 2 inches long and cut with scissor, fry it for till golden in color.

  • Serve with Chocolate sauce
