2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil

30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Butter

1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt

1 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Cocoa Powder

1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

1/4 Tsp(0.77 gm) Yeast

3/4 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Sugar

1/8 Cup(25.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour,1 tbsp cocoa powder,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.
Add into the yeast mixture, water as required,1/4 tsp butter and knead into the soft dough.
Cover dough and rest them for 2 hours or till the dough will become double in size.
Roll out the dough and cut doughnut shape by using round shape cutters.
Heat oil in a kadhai and deepfry doughnut.
Serve.
