- Step 1
For Flour Mixture
In a bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour,1.5 tbsp cocoa powder,1/4 tsp baking soda,1/8 tsp salt and combine all together.
- Step 2
For Cake
In a bowl add 1/4 cup powdered sugar,1 tbsp butter,1/4 tbsp vinegar and whisk it well.
- Step 3
Add the flour mixture and whisk it well. Make sure the batter is lumpfree.
- Step 4
Take a greased mold then fill cake batter in each mold. Add in the center of the batter 1/8 cup diced dark chocolate in each mold.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding cranberries.
- Step 6
Bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes and serve.
