- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, yeast mixture, water,1/2 tbsp olive oil,
- Step 2 and lead into the soft dough.
- Step 3 Cover the dough with lid or cloth and rest them for 30 minutes.
- Step 4 In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil, add into the diced chicken and saute it well.
- Step 5 Add into the 1/8 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp salt, fajita spice,1/4 tsp red chili flakes,1 tsp lemon juice,1/8 cup julienne onion,1/8 cup julienne green capsicum,1 tbsp julienne red capsicum, mix and cook it well.
- Step 6 Take pizza dough and roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Spread on top of the pizza base 1 tbsp pizza sauce, chicken fajita mixture,1/8 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.
- Step 8 Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 15 minutes.
- Step 9 Cut into the pieces and serve hot.
