For Chicken Mixture
- Step 1 In a grinder add 1/3 cup shredded chicken,1/4 tsp black pepper,1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/4 tsp oregano,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/2 tsp soya sauce and grind it in a smooth texture.
- Step 2 Place in a refrigerator for 10 minutes.

For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl add 3/4 cup whole wheat flour,1/8 cup maize flour,1/8 tsp salt, and combine all together.
- Step 2 Add the activated yeast sugar mixture, water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 3 Add 1/2 tbsp oil and knead again.
- Step 4 Cover dough and rest it till it doubles in size for 30 minutes. Knead again and roll out into a thick pizza base.
- Step 5 Place rolled out dough in a greased baking mold and trim the excess sides.
- Step 6 Spread 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce over the base, add chicken mixture,1/8 tbsp julienne onion,1/8 cup julienne capsicum and 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese on top.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black olives.
- Step 8 Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, cut and serve.
