Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl and add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk
- Step 2
Knead into a soft dough
- Step 3
Add chopped coriander leaves and roll the dough ball to a round shape thick naan
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kalonji
- Step 5
Apply little water to one side of the naan.
- Step 6
To a heated tawa, place the naan and cook on one side
- Step 7
Flip and cook another side until crisp and light brown
- Step 8
Apply butter and sprinkle chaat masala
- Step 9
Add grated cheese and serve hot
