1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
15 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.67 gm) Baking Soda
1/8 Tsp(0.45 gm) Baking Powder
1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic
2 Tbsp(23.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
2 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese
  • In a bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour,2 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,2 tsp oil,1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1 tbsp grated cheese,1/4 tsp salt,1/8 tsp baking soda,1/8 tsp baking powder.

  • Knead into a dough.,add water as required and knead again.

  • Roll into a naan and apply water on the backside of naan

  • Heat tawa and roast the naan.

  • Flip and roast the naan.

  • Serve hot.
