- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder , 1/4 tsp baking soda, 2 tbsp oil and 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk.
- Step 2 Mix well.
- Step 3 Now add 4 tbsp chopped dates, 2 tbsp grated carrot,1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts and 5 black raisins.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding walnuts.
- Step 5 Fold the mixture gently.
- Step 6 Transfer to a muffin mould.
- Step 7 Bake the muffins at 180 degree celsius for 20 mins.
- Step 8 Cool and serve
