Whole Wheat Broccoli Deep Dish Pizza Recipe

A deep dish pizza is a thick crust pizza baked in a deep dish to create high sides, topped with lots of savoury pizza sauce. This Whole Wheat Broccoli Pizza is a cheesy, tasty American pizza which is loaded with Fiber, Protein.

1/4 Diced Cup(18.0 gm) Broccoli
1/8 Boiled Cup(21.0 gm) Sweet Corn
3/4 Cup(96.0 gm) Maida
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Yeast
1/3 Tsp(1.0 gm) Brown Sugar
1/8 Cup(15.0 gm) Maize Flour
1/2 Tbsp(4.0 ml) Oil
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Grated Cup(31.0 gm) Mozzarella
1/8 Diced Cup(13.0 gm) Onion
1.5 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Pizza Sauce
1/4 Tsp(0.27 gm) Oregano
1/8 Tsp(0.18 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • In a mixing bowl add 3/4th cup whole wheat flour,1/8th cup maize flour,1/4th tsp salt, and combine all together.

  • Add into the yeast mixture, water as required and knead into the dough.

  • Add into the 1/2 tbsp oil and knead into the dough.

  • Cover dough and rest it till double in size for 30 minutes. Knead again it and roll out with a rolling pin.

  • Place roll out the dough in a greased baking mold and trim the excess sides.

  • Spread over the dough 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce,1/8th cup diced onion,1/8th cup boiled corn,1/4th cup diced broccoli.

  • Sprinkle over the 1/4th tsp oregano,1/8th tsp red chilly flakes,1/4h tsp black pepper powder,1/8th tsp salt.

  • Spread over the 1/4th cup grated mozzarella cheese.

  • Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, cut and serve.
