4 Tbsp(33.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.4 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Baking Powder
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Walnut
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Chocolate Chips
1/8 Cup(25.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Powder Cup(36.0 gm) Sugar
1/2 Cup(73.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Chopped Cup(186.0 gm) Banana
  • In a bowl, add 1/4 cup sugar powder, 4 tbsp oil and whisk well.

  • Add 1/8 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp chopped walnuts, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.

  • Add 1 cup chopped banana, 2 tbsp chopped palak, and 1 tbsp chocolate chips and mix well.

  • Add 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix & fold the batter.

  • Put paper cups into each mould.

  • Pour the batter into the mould.

  • Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 15 mins.
