- Step 1
In a bowl, make a mixture of walnuts, oil & wheat flour, add egg yolk & beat.
- Step 2
Now add Nestlé A+ Curd, banana puree, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 2 tbsp brown sugar and whisk properly.
- Step 3
Sieve 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder & mix.
- Step 4
Add water and whisk again.
- Step 5
Now add whipped egg whites, nut mixture.
- Step 6
Grease the tin with 1/2 tsp oil and dust 1/2 tsp flour.
- Step 7
Pour the batter in tin.
- Step 8
Bake at 180 degree celsius for 25 mins.
