- Step 1 Make puree of 50g banana.
- Step 2 In a bowl, make a mixture of 2 tsp chopped walnuts, 1 tsp oil & 1/4 cup wheat flour, add 1 egg yolk & beat.
- Step 3 Now add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, banana puree, 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp sugar powder, 2 tbsp brown sugar and whisk properly.
- Step 4 Sieve in remaining 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder & mix.
- Step 5 Add water as required to adjust the consistency and whisk again.
- Step 6 Now add whipped egg white, followed by the walnut mixture.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding blueberries.
- Step 8 Grease the tin with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 9 Pour the batter in tin.
- Step 10 Bake at 180 degree celsius for 25 mins.
