1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
4 Strand(0.4 gm) Kesar
1/2 Cup(71.0 ml) Coconut Milk
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
4 Number(5.0 gm) Cashewnut
40 Ml(40.0 ml) Water
1 Powder Tbsp(10.0 gm) Jaggery
3 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Whole Moong
Heat a pan on medium flame, combine the 1 tbsp jaggery with water, allow the jaggery to melt and bring this syrup to a brisk boil.
Reduce the flame, add the pureed green moong dal, 1/4th tsp elaichi powder.
Turn off the flame, add 1/2 cup coconut milk, 4 saffron strands and set aside.
Heat a small pan on medium flame, add 1 tsp ghee, roast 4 cashew nuts until golden brown and crisp.
Add it to the Kheer.
