  • Take 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/8th tsp salt, 1 tsp lemon juice and blend it together to make the green chutney.

  • Take a potato, boil and slice it. Keep aside.

  • Take a beetroot, boil and slice it. Keep aside.

  • Take 2 slices of white bread and evenly spread 2 tsp butter and 1 tbsp of previously made green chutney on both slices.

  • Place 6 slices cucumber, 4 slices tomato, 4 slices boiled potato, 4 slices capsicum, 4 slices onion and 2 slices boiled beetroot.

  • Sprinkle 1/2 tsp chat masala and 1 tbsp grated cheese on the vegetables.

  • Cover with the other slice and press the sandwich.

  • Brush the griller with 1/2 tsp ghee and place the sandwich.

  • Grill on both sides.

  • Serve hot with ketchup.
