- Step 1
Take 1 tsp chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/8th tsp salt, and 1 tsp lemon juice, and blend it to make the green chutney.

Boil a potato, slice it, and keep it aside.

Boil a beetroot, slice it, and keep it aside.
- Step 4
Take 2 bread slices, spread 2 tsp butter and 1 tbsp green chutney on both slices evenly.
- Step 5
Place 6 slices cucumber, 4 slices tomato, 4 slices boiled potato, 4 slices capsicum, 4 slices onion and 2 slices boiled beetroot.
- Step 6
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp chat masala and 1 tbsp grated cheese on the vegetables.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist with flax seeds
- Step 8
Cover with the other slice and gently press the sandwich.

Brush the griller with 1/2 tsp ghee and place the sandwich.
- Step 10
Grill on both sides till golden brown.
- Step 11
Serve hot with ketchup.
