White Bread Mayo Aloo Sandwich Recipe

2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala

1/8 Tsp(0.14 gm) Oregano

1/8 Tsp(0.19 gm) Red Chilli Flakes

1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
  • Take a mixing bowl and add 2 tbsp boiled chopped potato, 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped capsicum, 2 tsp chopped red capsicum, 2 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp chat masala, 1.5 tsp mayo and mix all the ingredients properly. Keep aside.

  • Take 2 slices of white bread and evenly spread 2 tsp butter on both the slices.

  • Spread the previously made vegetable mixture on one slice.

  • Sprinkle 1/8th tsp chilli flakes, 1/8th tsp oregano and cover it with the other slice.

  • Cut and serve fresh.
