3.0 Tbsp(43.0 gm) Field Bean (White)
105.0 Ml(105.0 ml) Water
1/4 Powder Cup(36.0 gm) Sugar
1/3 Cup(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1.5 Tsp(3.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
1/3 Cup(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Fruit Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Vanilla Extract
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Butter
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Baking Powder
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Raisin
2 Tbsp(24.0 gm) Chocolate Chips
  • In a processor, add soaked beans and blend to make a smooth paste.

  • Then, add 1/8 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp raisins, 2 tbsp chocolate chips, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cocoa powder, 1/4 cup sugar powder and mix all.

  • For Wet Ingredient

    In a mixing bowl add 2 tsp melted butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, dry ingredient mixture, 1/4 tsp fruit salt and mix all together.

  • Place paper cups in the mold and pour the batter in each paper cup.

  • Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 10 to 15 minutes and serve.
